Ken is a patented innovator, product designer, and product development leader who has built hundreds of assessment products used by millions of job applicants every year. Ken is a renowned industry expert and evangelist, appearing in the Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post, the Financial Times, and numerous HR and professional publications. He has advised more than a dozen institutional investors on the talent assessment technology industry. Ken is a Founding Board Member of Velocity Network Foundation, an HR-blockchain consortium.
