XLNC uses psychology and technology to solve truly wicked business problems, primarily for professional coaches. Our experts who are dedicated to helping businesses find the right solutions for their specific needs. We offer a variety of services, including consulting, product development, and research. Our goal is to help businesses permanently solve tough problems and succeed by providing them differentiated tools they need to overcome any challenges they may face.

XLNC was founded in 2022 by award-winning Organizational Psychologist, Dr. Matt Barney. After a career in multinationals such as AT&T/Lucent, Motorola, Merck and Infosys, and not-for-profit healthcare system Sutter Health, Dr. Barney became a serial entrepreneur. In 2013, after leading the Infosys Leadership Institute in India, he founded LeaderAmp, an award-winning software platform for expert and AI coaching. Leaders at the International Coaching Federation asked Dr. Barney to continue to do research with them, and in response, XLNC was born.
