How do I transform my client’s lives?

You're a coach who wants to help people change their lives for the better, but you don't want to do it blindly, or with too much cost.

Did you know that the International Coaching Federation has a free tool you can use to measure your client’s outcomes? Three months after an engagement is over, you can send them a short computer-adaptive survey for clients to reflect on the degree to which they achieved their goals. The highest level is for a client to be left feeling that the entire trajectory of their life is now better.

While this is rare, most coaches would like to pleasantly surprise clients with outcomes that are better than they expected at the onset. How can you leave more clients with a greater-than-expected level of improvement?

One way to do that is to fully leverage a modern approach to coaching supervision in order to be the best coach possible and make sure your clients are getting the most out of your sessions. New approaches to coaching supervision will help you learn new science that will help you avoid “inattentional blindness” and make sure your work is always ethical.
